Tank time is always given to lagers in our brewhouse. All Caps is a touch sweeter than its European peers, with the addition of maize lending a biscuity bite to the crisp refreshment you expect from a lager. If you like hops and you’re looking for a bit more flavour from a lager, this is for you.

Extra Pale Ale malt provides the base. Maize added for corn-like sweetness, with Wheat and Carapils added for body. Czech Saaz hops for bittering. Cascade and Galaxy in the whirlpool and dry hop additions. Fermented with a German Lager yeast strain.
