GRANDPA LOUIS is a 4% Mild, brewed in collaboration with 2nd Shift Brewery. Maris Otter malt provides the base. Crystal 150, Crystal 240, Pale Chocolate and Black Malt added for colour and body. East Kent Golding Hops for Bittering. Fermented with a Whitbread Ale yeast strain.
