Extra Pale Ale and Munich provide the base, with CaraMunich added for colour and body. Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops for bittering and flavour addition. Fermented with an Oktoberfest Lager yeast strain. Recipe design by our Lead Brewer, and proud German, Jan Bornemann.
