Extra Pale Ale malt provides the base. Munich, Wheat, CaraRed, CaraGold and Low Chocolate added for colour, flavour and body. Spalt Select and Liberty hops for bittering. Liberty in the whirlpool and dry hop addition. Fermented with an Altbier yeast strain.
