As of March 2020, Mondo Brewing employs 14 full-time staff and 3 part-time staff. We’ll have a Crew page coming soon so you can put faces to names!
We are a stone’s throw away from the iconic Battersea Power Station. Our postcode is SW8 4UG. Visit our Tap House page for directions.
For direct London sales please email us at [email protected]. Further afield? The team will also be able to advise on which wholesaler can get our beer into your cellars and fridges.
Mondo, meaning “world” in the romance languages, represents our collective experiences living in and/or traveling to different parts of the world, where we’ve gained knowledge and an appreciation of different cultures and the various beer styles associated with those cultures. We aim to use those influences in everything we do at Mondo. It was also happened to be on both Todd and Tom’s respective lists when picking names!
Some people think it’s a fist bump, which we’re ok with, even if it’s missing a finger! It actually grew out of the pipes in the brewhouse and is a result of where the designer ran with that idea.
We did indeed! In February 2019 we launched a brand refresh, working predominantly with one local artist and simplifying our logo into the clean outline you see now.
A fantastic multi-disciplined artist who goes by the name of Luke Drozd. Check out more of his work here. Luke was Camberwell/Nunhead based but now lives with his partner in Bergen, Norway. It’s harder to get him beers now.
We still bottle our core range beers and the Dishoom IPA for the restaurant market. We’re looking at putting our core beers into 330ml in 2022.
The majority of our beers are vegan-friendly, just keep an eye out for lactose on our ingredients list, listed on the cans and here online.
Yes, we offer tours for £20, which includes a flight of our beers in Mondo Tap following the tour. Book your tour through our web shop.

A growler is a container for transporting beer. We don’t currently have Mondo growlers in stock, but we’re more than happy to fill up a clean vessel that you provide, assuming it’s glass, ceramic or aluminimum. No plastic please!
We have a range of board/card games, we’ve even got Jenga. We ask for a small deposit to play.

2014. First beer packaged in Spring of 2015.
Parking is scarce in the area and we’d recommend using public transport where possible, especially if drinking. We’re well served by Santander bicycles, the Victoria Line at Stockwell, the Overground at Wandsworth Road and National Rail at Battersea Park and Queenstown Road. We now also have the brand new Northern Line at Battersea Power Station just a 10 minute walk away!
Absolutely! Drop our tap team an email at [email protected] and we’ll look after you.
Assuming your kids are better behaved than you and under your watch at all times, they’re more than welcome. We just ask you to respect that we are a working industrial environment and as safe as we are, any drinking establishment can be a place of risk for younger ones.
We are dog friendly, but we do ask that you bring them over to say hi to us! Please keep them off the tables and furniture and keep on a lead at all times. Have a lead for your cat? Stop that now.
For larger events we will have food trucks onsite but normal hours we just don’t have the kitchen space. You’re welcome to order in your own food via the usual apps. We encourage you to support local and independent. We can provide napkins, cutlery and waste disposal.
