Brewed in collaboration with Braybrooke Beer Co. Lager and Munich malt provide the base. Carafa Special 3, Chocolate Malt and Crystal 150 added for body, colour and flavour. Hersbrucker hops for bittering and in the whirlpool. Fermented with Braybrooke’s house Lager yeast strain.
