The newest addition to our core range uses the decoction mash method, which highlights the malt character, increases foam retention and adds an extra depth of flavour. A crisp, refreshing lager designed by our German brewers, with a Saphir dry hop adding a contemporary twist.
Extra Pale Ale malt provides the base, with Wheat, Munich and Carapils added for body. Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Tradition hops for bittering. Hallertau Tradition and Saphir in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Saphir. Fermented with a German Lager yeast strain.
