Pale Ale malt provides the base, Vienna and Munich added for colour and flavour, with Acidulated malt and Dextrose. Centennial, Mosaic and Simcoe hops in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Centennial, Chinook, Mosaic and Simcoe. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain. Brewed in collaboration with Marble Brewery (UK).
