Matinée Idol is a 5.5% Stout. Best Ale malt provides the base. Roasted Barley, CaraMunich I, Chocolate Malt and Crystal 150 added for body, colour and flavour. East Kent Goldings and Fuggles hops for bittering. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain.
