Belgian Pilsner malt, Munich, Special B, Melano, Aromatic Malt, Wheat and Dextrose. Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops for bittering. Fermented with a Belgian Ale yeast strain. Conditioned on figs and plums. Aged in French Oak Chardonnay barrels.
