FIRST SAMURAI is a 4.2% Yuzu Sour. Finest Lager malt provides the base. Wheat, Chit Malt and Acidulated Malt added for colour and body. Cascade for bittering. Citra and Centennial for dry hop. Conditioned on Yuzu. Mix-fermented with a Lactobacillus Brevis and a Scandinavian Kveik strain.
