Pale Ale malt provides the base, Vienna and Munich added for colour and flavour, with Acidulated malt and Dextrose. Chinook, Columbus and Nelson Sauvin hops in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin and Centennial. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain.
