Hot Sauce Society

PILS

Brewed for London’s Hot Sauce Society Festival. Copeland Park, Peckham. August 21st and 22nd, 2021. Vienna and Munich malt provide the base, Carapils added for body. Nugget hops for bittering. Hallertau Mittelfrüh in the whirlpool. Fermented with a German Lager yeast strain.
