Pale Ale malt provides the base, Carapils and Rye added for body and colour, with Acidulated Malt. Southern Cross and Nelson Sauvin hops for bittering and in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Southern Cross. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain.
