Belgian Pilsner malt provides the base. Aromatic Malt, CaraMunich, Melanoidin, Munich, Special B and Wheat added for colour, flavour and body, along with Dextrose. Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops for bittering. Fermented with a Belgian Ale yeast strain. Conditioned on figs and plums.
