Brewed in collaboration with Drop Project Brewing. Best Ale malt provides the base. Oats, Caramel Pils and Honey Malt for body and flavour, with Demerara Sugar. Hüll Melon hops in the mash. Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe in the cool pool. Dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. Fermented with a blend of American and English Ale yeast strains. Conditioned on peaches.
