Best Ale malt provides the base, Carapils, Crystal 150 and CaraMunich added for body and colour, along with Dextrose. Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Columbus hops for bittering. Dry hopped with Centennial, Chinook and Columbus. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain.
