SEASON OF THE WITCH is a 4.8% Saison. Belgian pilsner malt provides the base. Carapils, Vienna and Oats added for colour and body. Mittelfrüh hops for bittering. Citra and Nectaron hops along with Lemons in the Whirlpool. Fermented on Lemons with a Belgian Saison yeast.
