Battersea’s acclaimed Mondo Brewing Company take over the taps at Prairie Fire BBQ in White City for a Bank Holiday weekend filled with the best combo – Kansas City BBQ and craft beer. Taking place on Prairie Fire’s leafy new terrace, you can sip on eight outstanding Mondo beers, chow down on unrivalled low ‘n slow smoked meats and enjoy live blue grass from the Lunch Special Bluegrass Band.
